We are dedicated to manufacturing shoes according to the highest environmental standards. That’s why we use materials such as natural rubber and 100% cotton and linen. These materials allow us to produce ecological footwear of the highest quality.

IS NOVESTA VEGAN?

Much of Novesta's products are vegan. All products that are vegan (PETA approved) have the symbol vegan (PETA approved) in the product description.

DOES NOVESTA MANUFACTURE FROM CERTIFIED MATERIALS?

WHERE DOES NOVESTA MANUFACTURE ITS PRODUCTS?

Novesta's production facilities date back to the 1930s, when the famous shoemaker Jan Antonin Bata opened a new factory in the small town of Partizánske in the middle of Slovakia. Novesta still produces here today.

WHAT IS THE RIGHT SIZE OF NOVESTA SHOES?

Choosing the right shoe size is the most important info before your purchase. Novesta shoes fit like most shoes, so we recommend you choose your standard size. The Novesta size charts can be found HERE.

HOW TO SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE?

You can get the most accurate measurement if you try your shoes personally at some shop selling Novesta shoes. When you buy the first pair of Novesta shoes, try some of our stockists in Slovakia or in the world, where they will be happy to assist you in selecting the right size - the complete list of stockists HERE.

ARE YOU BETWEEN SIZES?

However, if you are between two sizes, we recommend selecting a smaller size for Star Master and Star Dribble and larger size for other models.

CAN I EXCHANGE GOODS?

No, we do not offer exchanges. You may return your order by mail for a full refund & place a new order online for another style or size. Returning goods to our warehouse usually takes a few days. Once your return is received and inspected, we authorise the refund. The amount of time this takes to process the refund differs between banks and payment methods. You should receive your refund via the bank you wrote in the complaint form within 14 days days of receipt of the shipment. Please note: We do not accept C.O.D., they will be rejected.

WHY DON‘T YOU EXCHANGE GOODS?

We are try to improve and speed up our customer service. As we know, that our customers wish to have the order at home as fast as possible, we decided not to exchange goods. We will instead return the money for the returned goods to you. If you want a different size or color, there is nothing easier than creating a new order at www.gonovesta.com and having it in a few days at your home.

Returns / Complaints

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS?

1. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day of receipt of the last article of your order.
2. Fill out the return form (be sure to specify the reason for the refund that best describes why you are returning the goods).
3. Place the unused goods together with the copy of the invoice and the completed return form, in the original packaging. Wrap the box so that no damage will be done during the transport. For this purpose it is the best to use overwrap, paper, plastic bag or a bigger box (please do not put any tape directly on the box as it would derogate it value). Please note that the return form must always be attached to the article.

5. The costs for the return of the goods are always at the expense of the customer.
6. After receiving the delivery and checking the goods, we will return the money for your goods to your account. IMPORTANT: As already mentioned, buyer/customer will pay all shipping cost related to the return of goods to us.

Important information:
1. The product to be returned must be new,unused or not worn.
2. Shipping costs of returning the good are paid by the customer.
3. The most common reason for the return is the wrong shoe size. We therefore recommend to see our size charts HERE.

WHO WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN COST?

Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless proves faulty. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

HOW CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL ORDER?

If you would like to change / cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately, who will be able to help you and will be happy to answer your request.

WHAT IS RETURN POLICY AND DEADLINE?

Undamaged and unused goods can be returned within a 14 days period, which starts from the day after you receive your order.

REFUND A GIFT VOUCHER PAYMENT?

If you want to return goods that you paid for using only Novesta gift vouchers, you will be sent a new electronic gift voucher (or a renewed old one), even if you paid with a printed gift card (voucher). You will receive instructions on the returned "credit" by email. If you have used a combination of different payment methods, your funds will first be refunded via a gift voucher. For example, if you used a combination of a gift certificate and a credit card. The refunded amount will first be added to the gift voucher. The rest will be refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.

Example:
If you ordered goods for 400 € (you paid 200 € with a gift card and 200 € with a credit card) and then returned the goods worth 300 €, you will receive 200 € in the form of a gift voucher and 100 € for the credit card you used to make the purchase.

When can I file a complaint?

The warranty period of 24 months applies to goods that were purchased on www.gonovesta.com. Each product comes with an invoice that serves as a guarantee document. You can submit a complaint using our complaint form, which you can download HERE.

The goods about which you would like to complain must be communicated in advance to the call center (you can call +421 233 006 793 (Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) or send us an email at the following address send: eshop@novesta.sk), where they tell you how to proceed and where exactly to send the goods along with a copy of the invoice (tax document) and this completed complaint form. Cash on delivery is not accepted by the seller, so do not send cash on delivery. Always send the claimed goods cleaned. Complaints are settled immediately, no later than 30 calendar days after the date of the complaint. The full text of the complaint procedure can be found HERE.

I BOUGHT NOVESTA SNEAKERS ELSEWHERE, HOW TO RETURN / COMPLAIN THEM?

If you bought the goods elsewhere (NOT in our e-shop), please contact the seller directly, as each of them has its own conditions for returning the goods and money (also applies to complaints). We accept only goods purchased at our e-shops.

You can pay for your purchases in several ways: card payment (we accept Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GIFT VOUCHER AND A DISCOUNT VOUCHER?

Discount coupons (promo codes) are provided to customers as a reward in case of discount and competitions. Unlike gift vouchers, discount coupons cannot be purchased.

WHAT CAN YOU PAY WITH A VOUCHER?

The gift voucher can be used to purchase any product on our e-shop www.gonovesta.com, de.gonovesta.com, www.novesta.sk. The voucher value cannot be divided into multiple purchases. The voucher must be used up in full, any difference is not paid to the customer. The voucher also applies to the payment of fees for transport and other services. The voucher can only be used for purchases in the e-shop.
PLEASE NOTE: The voucher cannot be redeemed to purchase a new gift voucher.
