This e-shop only delivers to countries and territories where product returns are not available. Due to customs complexity, high administrative costs, and logistical challenges, we are currently unable to accept any returns from the destinations supported on this site. Please consider this before placing your order. We know this may be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Returns are not accepted for orders from the country you selected for shipping
(i.e., your delivery destination).

The most common reason for returns is incorrect shoe size, so we recommend you check our size charts HERE.

  • WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
    Returns are not possible from these shipping destination: Argentina, Australia, India, Qatar, Spain - Canary Islands, Spain - Ceuta, Spain - Mellila, Turkey, UAE.
  • CAN I EXCHANGE THE GOODS?
    No, we do not offer the possibility to exchange goods purchased in our e-shop. If you want a different colour or size, the easiest way is to place a new order (with goods and sizes that fit you). RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS FROM YOUR SELECTED COUNTRY.
  • WHY DON'T YOU EXCHANGE THE GOODS?
    We try to speed up the service for our customers and as you wish to have the ordered shoes home as quickly as possible, we do not exchange the goods. If you would like a different size or colour, there is nothing easier than to create a new order at www.gonovesta.com and have the goods at your home in a few days.
  • I BOUGHT NOVESTA SNEAKERS ELSEWHERE, HOW TO RETURN THEM?
    If you have bought goods elsewhere (not on our e-shop), please contact the seller directly, as each of them has its own conditions for returning goods and money (also applies to complaints).
