Gift vouchers

The voucher includes a promo code which the receiver of the gift uses in the shopping basket to deduct the value of the voucher from the total sum.

Your gift voucher can be sent to your chosen address.
The electronic gift voucher can be sent to your chosen email address.
A gift voucher can only be used for purchase in www.gonovesta.com e-shops.
The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase (the date is indicated on the card).
The voucher cannot be paid or exchanged for cash. It is also not possible to use them to purchase other gift cards.
The value of the voucher cannot be divided into multiple purchases. The voucher must be exhausted fully, no difference will be paid to customers.
In case of loss, theft or expiry of a voucher, not a part neither the whole amount may be paid.

The gift voucher can be used to purchase any product on our e-shop www.gonovesta.com, eu.gonovesta.com, uk.gonovesta.com, us.gonovesta.com, ch.gonovesta.com, no.gonovesta.com. The voucher value cannot be divided into multiple purchases. The voucher must be used up in full, any difference is not paid to the customer. The voucher also applies to the payment of fees for transport and other services. The voucher can only be used for purchases in the e-shop. PLEASE NOTE: The voucher cannot be redeemed to purchase a new gift voucher.

An unused gift voucher CAN NOT be exchanged for a new one, nor can it be partially or completely exchanged for cash or extended.

Discount coupons (promo codes) are provided to customers as a reward in case of discount and competitions. Unlike gift vouchers, discount coupons cannot be purchased.

The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase (the date is marked on the card), after which the gift voucher becomes invalid. An extension is not permitted.
