- WHEN CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT?The warranty period of 24 months applies to goods that were purchased on www.gonovesta.com. Each product comes with an invoice that serves as a guarantee document. You can submit a complaint using our complaint form, which you can download HERE. The goods about which you would like to complain must be communicated in advance to the call center (you can call +421 233 006 793 (Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) or send us an email at the following address send: eshop@novesta.sk), where they tell you how to proceed and where exactly to send the goods along with a copy of the invoice (tax document) and this completed complaint form. Cash on delivery is not accepted by the seller, so do not send cash on delivery. Always send the claimed goods cleaned. - WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?You can pay for your purchases in several ways: card payment (we accept Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal.

- WHERE DOES NOVESTA MANUFACTURE ITS PRODUCTS?Novesta's production facilities date back to the 1930s, when the famous shoemaker Jan Antonin Bata opened a new factory in the small town of Partizánske in the middle of Slovakia. Novesta still produces here today.
- WHAT IS THE RIGHT SIZE OF NOVESTA SHOES?Choosing the right shoe size is the most important info before your purchase. Novesta shoes fit like most shoes, so we recommend you choose your standard size. The Novesta size charts can be found HERE.
- WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?We offer following methods of shipping: GLS courier, Fedex Express EU courier or Fedex non-EU (United States/Norway/Switzerland/Canada). Both are courier method and most items should arrive to you approx. within 3-10 working days if in stock.

Fedex non-EU from 29,00 € - HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS?1. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day of receipt of the last article of your order.
2. Fill out the online Return Note (ReturnDocument) HERE (be sure to specify the reason for the refund that best describes why you are returning the goods).
3. Place the unused goods together with the copy of the invoice and the completed Return Note (ReturnDocument), in the original packaging. Wrap the box so that no damage will be done during the transport. For this purpose it is the best to use overwrap, paper, plastic bag or a bigger box (please do not put any tape directly on the box as it would derogate it value). Please note that the Return Note (ReturnDocument) must always be attached to the article.

. - WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE NOVESTA VOUCHER?The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase (the date is marked on the card), after which the gift voucher becomes invalid. An extension is not permitted.
- HOW TO USE YOUR VOUCHER?The voucher includes a promo code which the receiver of the gift uses in the shopping basket to deduct the value of the voucher from the total sum.
- HOW TO MEASURE THE RIGHT SIZE?If you are not sure what size of NOVESTA sneakers to choose, please follow these steps:
1. Take your best fitting pair of shoes.
2. Remove the insole from the shoe and stand up on the insole. Insoles should contact firmly the sides, front and back, the insole must be longer than the foot.
3. Measure the distance from A to B, find the measured length in our size chart and choose the right size.
4. If you are between sizes, the numbers need to be rounded up.
5. Never forget that the foot must have room in the sneaker.
EXAMPLE
You would like to buy a STAR MASTER model. You have taken the insole out of your shoes and measured the length 259 mm = 25.9 cm. In the size chart for the STAR MASTER sneakers you will find the following: 38 = 257 mm and 39 = 261 mm. In this case, you will choose size 39 as you always need to round up. You will use the same method for other NOVESTA models. If you wanted to buy the ITOH model, for the same length = 259 mm = 25.9 cm, you would choose size 40. WARNING: Each NOVESTA model has its own size chart. - WHAT CAN YOU PAY WITH A VOUCHER?The gift voucher can be used to purchase any product on our e-shop www.gonovesta.com, de.gonovesta.com, www.novesta.sk. The voucher value cannot be divided into multiple purchases. The voucher must be used up in full, any difference is not paid to the customer. - IS NOVESTA ECOLOGICAL?We are dedicated to manufacturing shoes according to the highest environmental standards. That’s why we use materials such as natural rubber and 100% cotton and linen. These materials allow us to produce ecological footwear of the highest quality.
- ARE YOU BETWEEN SIZES?However, if you are between two sizes, we recommend selecting a smaller size for Star Master and Star Dribble and larger size for other models.
- IS NOVESTA VEGAN?Much of Novesta's products are vegan. All products that are vegan (PETA approved) have the symbol vegan (PETA approved) in the product description.
- HOW CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL ORDER?If you would like to change / cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately, who will be able to help you and will be happy to answer your request.

- HOW TO CLEAN COTTON SNEAKERS?The gentlest way is a manual treatment, where you soak the sneakers in soapy water to get rid of most of the dirt. The dirtiest areas should be scrubbed very gently with a brush, then rinsed under running water and wrung out of excess water. We always recommend removing the laces and insoles from the shoes and cleaning each sneaker separately. We DO NOT RECOMMEND washing most types of sneakers in the washing machine. If you still choose this option, carefully consider the washing program you select (NEVER wash at temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius). Always choose a delicate washing cycle, preferably with the lowest spin speed and spin cycle. We also recommend putting your sneakers in a laundry bag to protect them from damage. White soles are ideally cleaned with a special cleaner and an old toothbrush. Thanks to such treatments, your sneakers will look like new for a long time.
- HOW TO TAKE CARE OF WHITE SHOES?To keep your sneakers white for a as long as possible, you can invest in special products available on the market that will help you get rid of dirt and restore the look of your sneakers. The most well-known product is a white shoe polish paste, which you can buy in shoe stores or online. WARNING: Not all sneakers can be treated with such a product. In online stores, you can often find special pens and other products to restore the colour of white soles. However, it works best if you avoid wearing them in inclement weather.
- HOW TO CLEAN SUEDE SHOES?Every touch leaves marks on suede, which is why the treatment of a suede sneaker is very specific. Suede does not like excessive moisture, dust, sand and mud. We recommend avoiding suede sneaker contact with these materials if you want your sneakers to last as long as possible. The good old rule of thumb applies - prevention is the golden remedy for maintaining the appearance of your sneakers. Avoid any scuffs or stains, which are harder to remove from suede than from cotton or other materials. Suede sneakers should not be exposed to direct sunlight often as this causes the top of the sneaker to fade and they are also not recommended to be worn in humid environments. NEVER wash suede sneakers in the washing machine. We strongly recommend that suede sneakers are impregnated before first use. Instructions on the procedure and a suitable inpregnating product can be easily obtained at any shoe store. Most products for the protection and care of suede are available in a spray, and you can also buy a special brush for cleaning suede. It is specific in that it has modified bristles on one side and rubber bristles on the other. After impregnating the sneakers, set them aside in an airy place to dry well. It is very important to note that even a good impregnation is not able to guarantee 100 % protection against soiling of suede sneakers.
- HOW TO CLEAN LEATHER AND RUBBER SHOES?When cleaning leather and rubber sneakers, the simplest cleaning technique is to use a soft damp sponge. In the first step, remove dirt from the sneakers. Always use a damp cloth on the surface of the sneakers and a brush on the dirty sole. In case of leather soles, never soak the sneakers, just wipe with a damp cloth and use a special product for cleaning leather soles. Afterwards, the sneaker must be impregnated with a products that protects the sneakers against moisture and dirt. You can impregnate every surface of the sneaker, except for patent leather. The care of the sneakers must always be adapted to the surface material. NEVER wash leather and rubber shoes in a washing machine.
- WHAT IS THE BEST UNIVERSAL FORM OF SNEAKER CLEANING?The safest choice is always to use the services of a reputable dry cleaners or the hands of a professional. There are a number of companies that deal with cleaning not only textiles but also shoes. You can not only clean your sneakers and boots there, but also give them a new look. This is a great option for busy people, and also for those who do not have the patience and desire to clean sneakers at home.
- SHOE CARE AT HOME?Another option to clean a pair of sneakers is by using your own hands. It is very important to distinguish the material the sneakers are made of to begin with, as each material requires a specific method of treatment, cleaning and drying. - CAN ALL NOVESTA SNEAKERS BE WASHED?No. Washing sneakers does not apply to sneakers made of wool, leather, leatherette, corduroy or suede materials. Under no circumstances may the above mentioned sneakers be washed or soaked in water - washing would completely devalue them and you would have to throw them away.
- WHICH MODELS CANNOT BE WASHED?We strongly advise against washing Marathon, Itoh, Chelsea, Star Chukka, Rubber Sneaker, Kiddo, German Trainer-GAT sneaker models. For Star Master and Star Dribble models, these sneakers can only be washed if they are made of 100 % cotton.
- HOW TO DRY YOUR SNEAKERS?We place special emphasis on the drying process when caring for sneakers. Never expose sneakers to direct sunlight and never place them directly under the radiator or other heat heater. Direct heat and sunlight can cause deformation or the sneakers or strong sunlight can cause the sneakers to fade or change colour. We recommend putting colourless paper inside the sneakers (or filling the sneakers with rolled up newspaper) to absorb moisture and remember to store the sneakers in a dry and warm place (allow to dry at room temperature). It will take longer to dry, but you can be sure that the shape and color of your favourite sneakers will remain intact.
- CAN I DRY SNEAKERS IN A DRYER?No, never tumble dry any of our sneakers.
- IMPORTANT INFORMATIONSWashing in the washing machine is NOT RECOMMENDED for most types of sneakers, for some models amachine washing is completely EXCLUDED (specifically Marathon, Itoh, German Trainer-GAT, Rubber Sneakers, Kiddo, Chelsea, Star Chukka models).

- REFUND A GIFT VOUCHER PAYMENT?If you want to return goods that you paid for using only Novesta gift vouchers, you will be sent a new electronic gift voucher (or a renewed old one), even if you paid with a printed gift card (voucher). You will receive instructions on the returned "credit" by email. If you have used a combination of different payment methods, your funds will first be refunded via a gift voucher. For example, if you used a combination of a gift certificate and a credit card. The refunded amount will first be added to the gift voucher. The rest will be refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. The amount of time this takes to process the refund differs between banks and payment methods. You should receive your refund via the bank you wrote in the complaint form within 14 days days of receipt of the shipment. Please note: We do not accept C.O.D., they will be rejected.
- WHY DON‘T YOU EXCHANGE GOODS?We are try to improve and speed up our customer service. As we know, that our customers wish to have the order at home as fast as possible, we decided not to exchange goods. We will instead return the money for the returned goods to you. If you want a different size or color, there is nothing easier than creating a new order at www.gonovesta.com and having it in a few days at your home.
